Confidently Recommended

Recently, batteries for my Ford F-250 Powerstroke to be checked. The problem was quickly determined. The results were one battery was okay and one battery was defective and was pro-rated upon replacement.

The professional and personal conduct of the service manager (Glenn ) was exceptional. His current and past record is exceeding high and is a positive benefit both to his patrons and Rusty Eck Ford.

Glen has an obvious well developmented relationship with the service technicians and his knowledge of Ford trucks is impressive.

I can confidently recommend to my fellow Ford owners to contact Dave Williams for great service and individual attention.

I will never go anywhere else

I will never go anywhere but Rusty Eck Ford for service work. Adriane Correa is the best service representative at Rusty Eck, she bends over backwards to take care if the customer. Get the vehicle fixed and the customer happy is her number one priority. I call her and set up an appointment and she gets me in and out in no time at all so I can get back to what I need to be doing. Plus she has an excellent personally and is very easy to talk to. I bought a new car and discovered a few days later that it had a small water leak inside the car. I was very upset about my new car being in the service shop so soon after purchasing it, but Ken Sens and the team are working very hard to make it right. Pleased

I've had multiple cars serviced here from oil changes to body repair and have been pleased with them. I would take my vehicle there again for any future damages.
Oil changes can be a bit pricey when I can take it to a local big chain and get the same service for less but it's convinient when you work across the street.

Mario was amazing

Great Sales Work

Great sales work here. Doug Ford and I made contact last year, I was window shopping, plus had some upcoming medical procedures and told him such. Doug said he understood, but asked if he could stay in touch. I said sure. Doug contacted me several tomes, not to get me to buy a truck, but just to check on my health and how things were going with the medical problem. While in Houston having a transplant, Doug called to see how it went and if I was doing ok. Never once pushing me to buy. When things straightened out medically, and we were ready to trade, because of the way we were treated by Doug Ford, We decided to stop at Rusty Eck first.

We told Doug and staff what we were looking for and what we wanted on the vehicle. They went out of their way to find us exactly what we wanted. Then came time to put pen to paper. Again Rusty Eck finance people along with Doug for worked wonders in getting us in the truck we wanted and added the things we wanted. It got a little bumpy at times, nut they went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted, not only in the truck itself, also finances and payments we could work with.

I short the next time we need a vehicle, my first call will be to Doug Ford at Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita.

You guys are good at what you do

I'll be honest. I hesitated before giving this car dealer a 5 star rating. Based solely on principle. Fact of the matter is, they are good at what they do. The sales staff is pushy. Sales staff are supposed to be pushy. They are paid to push sales. I hopped over there to see what was available while my car was being fixed in the service department. And a knowledgeable enthusiastic guy was immediately available to answer my questions. Good on him. But that brings me back to the reason I was there in the first place. The service department. Those guys truly shine. Seriously, Rusty, or whoever is running the show there, your service customer service guys are the greatest. And your mechanics are top notch. You should read this review out loud to them the next time you have, like, a big meeting or whatever. Be sure to say the following sentence to them. "You guys are so good at what you do, I'm inviting all of you to swing by my mansion (I can only assume you have a mansion) to grab exactly one item. Whatever you grab is yours. This does not include my wife or children."
